Craftsmanship Details

• The corners are constructed using traditional finger jointing (box joints), creating a strong, interlocking pattern that adds visual elegance and durability.

• The lid is made of solid matching wood and features a hand-inlaid cross or peace dove, symbolizing peace, faith, or remembrance. We can also do a custom image of your choosing.

• A generously sized Maple plate on the front allows for ample personalization to create a truly one-of-a-kind memorial.

The urn is supported by soft felt pad feet to protect surfaces and finished with multiple coats of oil and protective topcoat to enhance the natural grain and ensure lasting durability. Once the inscription is finalized, the Canadian Maple plate is securely affixed.

1. Place Your Order
   Once you’ve selected your urn design and completed checkout, we’ll send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.

2. Submit Inscription Details
   We’ll request the engraving information, including the name, birth and death dates, and any quotes, phrases, or imagery you’d like included.

3. Approve the Design
   Our artist, Bruce, will create a digital rendering of your inscription for approval. This process typically takes 2–4 business days. Once you approve and sign off on the design, we’ll move into production.

4. Production & Shipping
   Your urn will be handcrafted. Once ready, we’ll notify you and send tracking information as soon as it ships.

Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on your region and will be shown at checkout. We usually ship via CanPar, UPS or other couriers.

Lead time for most urns is approximately 4 - 5 weeks. We do keep some styles of urns in stock for more urgent delivery when you need it fast.
